Q and A

Are all rooms suitable for children?

The Short Answer is No.  The long answer is that we do not have an age restriction on any of the rooms, and it is up to the parent/guardian to decide if a room would be appropriate for their child.  Some rooms contain adult themes and images that some players (of any age) may find disturbing. We have rated the rooms based on our opinions and provided trigger warnings when we felt it was necessary.  Please read the room description prior to booking and feel free to ask questions if you are still not sure. At least one adult participant is required to be in the room with any minors.

Will I actually be locked inside of a room?

No.  The door you enter through will never be locked behind you.  You are free to exit and reenter during your booked timeframe, however, we can not pause your time.  We highly suggest all players use the restroom prior to starting the game.

Will I be in a room with people I don’t know?

No. All of our bookings are private unless explicitly stated during special events.

What is an Escape Room?

An escape room, also referred to as a puzzle or quest room, is a game designed to challenge players to work together in solving a series of puzzles and/or activities in order to reach a common goal. Usually that goal is to find the ‘key’ that allows them to escape the room, but sometimes you’re completing a heist, looking for an object, or trying to solve a mystery. Contrary to popular belief, escape rooms are not synonymous with horror, though they can certainly be horror-themed.  Always read the room descriptions prior to booking and feel free to ask our helpful Escape Aids if you’re still not sure a room is right for you.
